It is best to arrive to Granada via public transport as its streets are narrow and difficult to navigate. It is not advisable to bring a car to Solar Montes Claros,as the neighbourghood is practically exclusively pedestrian. This contributes to the conservation of the area's charm.

If you arrive via Granada's airport (18km to the south of Granada), it is best if you catch the bus to town (3 euros per ticket) or a taxi. A taxi to the center of town would cost around 30 euros. There are also urban micro-buses, cheaper and very easy to use. From Plaza Nueva you can catch bus 31, and get off at the Sacromonte stop, 100 m away from the house.
